How does the duct production line make ducts?
The duct production line can be defined as the whole process of duct forming is completed by a single machine. According to the processing technology of the wind pipe, the popular point is that the whole process from the blanking of the coil to the forming of the wind pipe is completed by machine processing equipment without interruption and independently. The intermediate process does not require anyone’s participation and operation.
A complete duct production line should realize the following functions:
Coil material selection and blanking function: 2-6 kinds of coil materials of different thickness or material can be selected.
Compression and leveling function: This function is the adjustment process before the coil processing to prevent the generation of waste.
Punching, chamfering, and grooving function: This function can complete the production of air duct installation holes, avoiding the inconvenience caused by later drilling.
Cut-off function: This function separates the sheet material from the coil for further processing.
Transmission function: It is convenient for the coil to automatically process the next process.
Bite: This function realizes the pressing operation of the sheet material and makes the joint angle.
Co-plate flange forming: This function is a key step in making double-sided co-plate flanges.
Bending forming: The last process is completed, and the rectangular duct with a common plate flange has been formed
